Help - Guilty with Dog stuck in hole

Guys,

I'm not sure whether this is the right thread. Anyway, today i took out Dog from hole in one empty house in Segambut tengah area. The story started when i parked my car beside this house to get my lunch.
And we saw this dog stucked in one hole and sounding painful. After i had my lunch, she already stopped maybe tired. I tried to get help from bomba, but they escalated this to DBKL. I called DBKL but no answer perhaps they out for lunch.

So what i did was bring water and gloved myself with plastic, and i pulled out this dog from the hole. It was very scary moment as i never touch dog before. But after the she seems thankful to me and tried to follow me. After she finished the water i gave, she coming staright to me but can't due to
her legs maybe broken. We watched this in tears but we can't do anything as what we did was very dangerous as we have trespassing even though the house is empty.

So the bestest now i called Jabatan tangkapan Anjing Liar, but they didn't have authority to enter anyone premises. They asked me to call jabatan kesihatan as they have access to enter. Now i keep trying to call them but still no answer.

Does anyone able to help this poor dog? Or living in Segambut? I can't really describe this dog, but i believe she is still teenager and looks alike Police Dog.

Hai...I'm staying at rawang but don't wori coz I got a carwash at Tmn SPPK segambut...so no problem....
