Dear All,

Our PetFinder event went smoothly day, thanks to the excellent effort and hard work from Khairul and Daphne, who came here early in the morning and worked right through the afternoon under the hot scorching sun, tirelessly explaining about our service and showing the website to scores of people.

3 great members of PetFinder also paid us a visit - Amanda (Maneki Neko), Mia and Vivien - thanks so much for dropping by!

I will be updating this thread with the event photos once I sort them out. Thank you again to our dedicated volunteers!

you didnt drive your instructor to the carnival...
tell him you try to pandu brickfields....... see whether you are good at it

got traffic lights
got lots of cars
got lots of pedestrian
some more good blind ppl crossing good way for you to practice...
then you stop at the carnival ....tell your instruction TUNGGU :)

i think 20 mins you can finish rounding the carnival

oh so andy that gal is daphne i didnt realize so i thought your friend or what..

You know, reading Andy's posts on PetFinder, he sounds like a seasoned UN diplomat, but in person he looks barely old enough to drive! Geez, I feel like such an old bat now. :-)

Got my fingers crossed that the the hot day at the monorail station will end in more animals finding great homes through Petfinder.

Hi Amanda,

It was really nice meeting up with you - and I still remember your award-winning opening line: "Hello Andy, so did you wear your underwear today?" Hahaha...

Our few short hours of brochure distribution is nothing compared to the consistent hard work of Amanda's at the Malaysian Association for the Blind.

Thanks for your visit, and I definitely look forward to seeing you again at our gathering in a month's time, Amanda!

p/s: On that hot sunny day where I was drained and exhausted, Amanda was still vibrant and energetically walking around.. so you can see who's the young one here!

I regretted I didn't attend the event. Got so many things to do.By the time I'm done it was already nearly 2pm.

I hope there will more event like this in the future

PetFinder.my Statistics Members: 1,256, Active Members: 249, I thought many forumer will coming! but my guess is wrong. Only 0.35 % able show up at PetFinder Event. You are great, Amanda (Maneki Neko), Mia and Vivien + Shan Hui . Thank for coming.
