Some people might say I'm being paranoid for bringing Blizzard to ER simply because he vomitted. If not because of my paranoia, I have no clue what would happened to Blizzard.

Good work! Yes, some people might say you're paranoid, but the same people would probably wait so long to bring their own cat to the vet that it would be
too late.
When a cat won't eat, is lethargic, and having diarrhea or vomiting, something is
wrong. Don't post questions on Facebook or Petfinder, don't wait and see what might happen next -- bring the animal to a vet clinic. You were not being paranoid, you were being sensible!
I am sorry to read that Blizzard is FPV-positive, and I send best wishes his way, and I wish you a lot of strength and patience, too.
