Yes, Brownie brought a lot of joy to me in his short life.
I think of Brownie as a boy, though the vets weren't sure. One thought it's a boy, another thought it's a girl. And guess what, this happened when it was near the time for them to operate on Brownie to create an opening for him for the urine to flow out. If he hadn't had complications 2 weeks before the operation, I don't know what the vets were going to do....open a female hole or male hole?
They were talking of creating something for the pee to bypass and flow out.

Blackie, whenever you speak of Brownie, I can sense the joy Brownie brought to your life. It is just sad that he had to leave early for Rainbow Bridge.
What a boy (or is it girl??? hmmm) to know how to make his slave listens! The higher place must be his throne where he summoned his one and only human slave = Blackie for whatever purposes his kitty mind can think of!

hahaha....I know what you mean, Bina. If I don't clean Blackie's toilet immediately after he uses it, he'll meow loudly, and scratch away at his litter box until I clean it. After I've cleaned it, as I put in new litter, he'll come and sniff around the box to check if I've done a good job.
