selagi ade jalan..tanye2 orang yg penah ade pengalaman..saya akan cuba...nih yg dikatakan "forum" dimana semua akan tolong...
tp klu pendapat @ jalan penyelesaian yg diberi tuh x berkesan...
mmg akan terus hantar ke VEt..
cam ari tuh yg saya cite baru mggu nih bontot Chello cam ade balik luka kudis tuh....saya terus bersihkan badan dia...syampu guna anti kutu...dan alhamdulillah...sekarang dah ok balik..
tp klu ade balik...lepas nih saya akan bawak dia jumpa Vet...

Answer
Red blood in the stool comes from the colon or a little ways up in the large intestine.
While she may not be off her food etc, the Zodiac could have started the diarrhea. It isn't serious unless there is a large amount (the blood that is). I would more likely suspect
1. worms-round worms will cause diarrhea and a pot belly. 2. A change in food. This will almost always cause the diarrhea.
The blood is from a ruptured and irritated blood vessel in the colon or large intestine.
Put her on some soft-boiled rice for a few days mixed with her food and give her a little half teaspoon of Kaopectate-NOT PEPTO BISMOL! That has aspirin in it and is dangerous for cats.
Kaopectate is only a kaolin base (clay) that helps slow down the gut and with water absorption, thus slowing down the diarrhea.
If she isn't better in two days from the above, it is time to call the vets! Let me know how she does.

Ahaa!!! Itu pun jawapannya! That is why saya kata saya tak faham kenapa a change in diet should give rise to blood in the stools!
Baru sekarang I am hearing what my ears have been waiting to hear you guys say it out ... the whole story, bukan sekerat-sekerat ... the blood comes from the intestines which are sore or injured by some factors, including worms (especially hookworms), intestinal ulcers, etc.
Sebab tu la saya kata that blood in anything is not normal and needs further probing.
Sillylupie and Blackie, to save yourself some needless worry and panic, invest in the book called "Cat Owner's Home Veterinary Handbook", Fully Revised and Updated, 3rd Edition by vets Debra M. Eldredge, DVM, Delbert G. Carlson, DVM, Liisa D. Carlson, DVM. It is written in easy language for laypeople like us, very informative from the vets' angle and is very easy to understand. It is an extremely good book and one of only 2 books I wisely invested in for my precious FurKids' care, a must-have for any serious cat owner.
There are many books in the market, but not many are detail enough to be helpful and a waste of precious money, but this book will help you to understand a lot of illnesses and diseases common to cats, how to spot them early, what to do, how to care for the cat, etc. etc.
It is a good troubleshooting book and helps you to gather the important information to pass on to the vet for a more accurate diagnosis.

Huh, you pergi clinic swasta yg unscrupulous kemungkinan rather than throw away the expired stuff, they might just apply it on your cat and charge you for it. Ataupun cari the BYB yang konon nak vaccinate kucing yg dijual kepada unsuspecting buyer. Bila buyer tanya, "Dah vaccine?" BYB jawab, "Dah!"
Pakcu, make sure you monitor dan apply medication even long after the kitten nampak dah pulih (ikut the information leaflet which comes with the eye cream, if it is not given to you, ask for it to educate yourself) and the antibiotic MUST complete the course, jangan wujudkan super-strain bacteria atau kitten suffer a relapse. Be very careful, some jangkitan mata (example Clamydia) can cause blindness or some scaring in the eye tissue which results in partial loss of sight for the cat and can be quite permanent.

Thanks FK for very good info n advice. Hmm... mcm tu ler gomen. . As for Rimba, i've been monitoring him every 3 hours. So far, his activeness and appetites not seem to be affected. Tambah manja ade ler..hehe.
Vet gomen (HA jer i think), dah check n katanyer sakit mata biasa, cuma ada luka sikit je kat tepi mata. Cataract tak der... so dia bagi oitment jer. However, if it's not recover fully in 2 weeks time, i'll bring him to swasta.
