This female dog, a mixed terrier about 1-2yrs old, wandering outside near my house. She's very playful & friendly. I can't take care of her as I have a mongrel in my house, & I can't afford to take care of 2dogs. There are chains around her neck the from the 1st time we saw her. It's either she had been abandoned/dumped by her previous owner, or she'd lost her way.
Currently, she is sheltered under palm trees outside my house. MPK had came to our housing area before & captured strays, & we all know that they killed those that are captured & not adopted/redeemed with cash. Plus, there's also a lot of neighbors here dislike dogs, as they always tried to strike any strays they came across with sticks/plastic pipes/etc. We are hoping to find a good Samaritan to adopt her.
