Basically the warranty is the brush never be using or opening the plastic bag. You can return to seller if the company have Return Policy. The delivery cost need pay by customer. That is my opinion and also my Online Return Policy.

Actually I don't know if there is any difference between the original and fake one. Cos I don't see any except for the colour. Results still the same so is the shape and make of it. I have passed the brush to many ppl to test it and all report that it gives the same result for both of it. Warranty is on what? The usage results? i don't think so le. Unless its electrical items then maybe la. If not like DIMB says it's more on packagaing only. If we have to pay delivery cost from US to here and here to US better buy another one. It's expensive furthermore it's for 1 not 5..

Dear Acsyen, what Pakcu mean warranty is if the product is not up to our satisfaction or faulty after 2/3 times used, can we return it and get the new one or refund? If i'm not mistaken, the ORI one comes with money back guarantee. Yup, RM80.00 sound like a catch and if they do atleast cover for the next 6 months after purchase, then Pakcu wont hesitate to buy.
RM 40.00 product, faulty after 2/3 times/less than a month used are more expensive than RM 80.00 last for a year. My opinion..

Sorry, like i mention my Bm is really bad sometimes I agak agak the meaning of what you are typing only. Thanks for explaining. That's y i say take mine and try first le before you all buy. So far all my friends love it no matter for dog or cat. Product faulty ah? I think you should see the product as far as I know I got mine fake and original for more than 6 mths already I doubt it will have any faults in the product unless you drop it very hard or purposely scrape it on hard surface then it will spoil. If not I am sure the product can last quite long. At least a few years. I forgot bout the money back guarantee thing when I buy it. I did not buy it from the US so I don't know if the reseller in Sg will give you back your money or not. If buy from US i doubt they will return you shipping fee. If you send the product back I think 2 way shipping fee is almost the product price already.

pakcu, lyn tak pasti apa waranty yg boleh kita dptkan duit balik.. sbb kalo ikutkan , dia juz kata Warranty: *30 Days Money Back Guarantee - please read the instructions. so, utk sebulan jerk.sy baru jer PM dia minta explain whut typr of waranty yg dimaksudkan.. still tunggu jwpan.. kalo jwpan x memberansangkan...kita juz go for fake one lah..since the result is same as original one.
