Kak Zai, you can put Yaya on Royal Canin punyer Obesity Management (Veterinary range from Walthams which the company has acquired). Aku punyer si Karipapp dah slim-melim ensem-mensem ladies' boboy skarang. So has Ginger Bob. Aku order yg 3kg sebanyak 3 pek sekali. Jenama lain seperti IAMs punyer so-called lightweight formula is actually no good ... mereka taroh lebih banyak carbo ... mana boleh, kucing tu ultimate carnivore.
p.s. one note of caution though, just because it is weight management formula containing fat burners, jangan kasi "all you want" punyer style because you will still get an obese cat (input lebey daripada output, jadi masih masuk storage!) ..... wakakakkakakaaaaa!!!!! Phat boboy, ya Yaya .....

Weigh your cat every two weeks.
9.
Step 9
Play with your pet several times a day; this will help a lazy cat, in particular, get needed exercise.
pasal makanan die : 7/8 cup (75 g) - 1 1/4 cups (110 g)per day
For a lone cat, you can consider adopting a second cat. Having a friend will give him someone to interact and play with while you’re not home.
