May be I'm a little bit too late. But I do hope you think about it all over again. When I had my first boy, Fly, I didn't send him for castration. He was the only cat in the house. Memang tak pernah lepas, tapi masya-Allah.. not only spray merata, dia kencing merata.. Lucky, memang tak letak byk furniture kat rumah.
Now my second boy, Kuriyu, I sent him early this year. Memang kesian. But I had no choice. I took him in with the mother. And I don't want more cats at the moment, sebab financial a bit unstable. And I do take care few strays kat my block. So, nekad hantar jugak. I cried when I saw him after the surgery. But now, I'm happy. Kuriyu not only sihat, he's a very happy and active cat, and smart too. He plays fetch with me, macam puppy plak. Kalau dia nak main, he will bring his soft toy to me and wait till I throw it. And no more smelly house.
So I really, really hope you think it over spongegirl. JAKIM pun kata ok to do so. No worries. For this I agree with FK. Bila dah tak terkawal, start nak buang. Kalau you carikkan dia GF, the process will be repeated over and over again. Memang akan ada kittens yg tak survive, but still.. persoalannya, in future mampu ke you nak handle semua kittens tu. You might say, you can always put them for adoption. But just look at this forum, berapa byk cats/kittens yg masih available for adoption. Think about it.
