Hi guys! i was wonder...........who can help??? As this morning, while parking my car.......saw a black mongrel dog past by (near the tail part of the dog body was skinless/red patch)......may be it was done by human act of pouring hot water or anything on that dog..............when i think back.....last week i think i saw the same dog roaming around the 'makan area' of Bandar Puteri Puchong near Citibank & Maybank area.
When i try to catch the dog......as usual the dog will not that stupid allow me to catch it. And i also do not have any tools to catch the dog.
Wonder who can help me to catch the dog to send to Vet for treament & later who can find a good owner to adopt the black dog.

p/s: sorry i don't manage to take the dog photo......as when i get near to the dog......it run away very fast.
