Just read your posting.

Salute to your good heart and deeds. Try to find this person in Penang name Barbara Jassen, a German lady who runs a dog shelter in Tanjung Bungah.

She name it after her. Lost her contact number, but I am sure you can find her. Just in case you need help in future.

She has been doing this secretly since 2006 and it has been made public recently.

Try to key in her name in YOUTUBE and watch the broadcast.

JScott is a great person for helping those homeless dog at Penang, very less people might do that job today. The petfinder.my no just for find a new home for Rescued Dog / Cat. But can read the experience by person. It is PASSiON.
