I hope friends can list down cat food to avoid and okay untuk owner muslim - sbb sometimes kita tak perasan some cat food ada pork, etc yang tidak dibenarkan dalam Islam.

a/d wetfood tu memang ada pork. waktu my cat sakit dulu pernah nak belikan dia makanan ni di DR Pet bangi. then orang kedai tu kata diorg dah tak jual lagi sebab ada pork. yg lama tak ade. prescription yg baru ni.

Betul tu, Kita as a MUSLIM / ISLAM patut peka ttg makanan utk kucin kita jgk...sb dorg mmg duduk dgn kita... yg HARAM ttp HARAM... tak akn jd HALAL sampai bila2 pun.... walaupn waktu berubah & manusia dh semakin moden.. WaAllahhualam... sha pn dok check utk mknan yg my furkids mkn... takutnya... |

Poultry liver tu ialah hati binatang ternakan mcm ayam,itik. BW takde dgn pork atau yg sewaktu dgnnya.

tu ler, emo baru perasan today...sbb my Debetel tiba2 takmo makan bila abang dia mati....bergegas beli hill's prescription memang dia berselera....within a few hours dah mengeow balik dah bertenaga le sikit...tapi now dah buang food tu cepat2....and now she is kind of lembik balik...I really dont know what to give her sbb she's is still small - less than a month actually, mak plak takde....harap on susu je rasanya memang akan flat.{cry2}
yes, kita kena ambil tahu gak the kind of food yang kita beli for our anak2 bulus, sbb hukum depa makan tu tak salah , tapi hukum kita memegang tu....kena samak... nih emo tengah tunggu suami balik cari kan tanah liat, nak samak.....satu hal le pulak....tapi syukur Allah gerakkan hati untuk check the ingredients.... Alhamdulillah BW takde, sbb my Mr. Gremlins makan BW. |

i will...i am considering different vet this time around..not that tak percaya doc yang ada, tapi just nak 2nd opinion gak sbb the last time with Oreo, the doc soh i force feeding tapi bila tanya what food to give, dia kata whatever that he wanted to eat - adeh, kita mana le tahu kan....
hmm ada terbaca pasal a/d prescriptions nih yang dulu punyer formulation pork-free, formulation sekarang ni yang ada pork... is that right? sebab kalau betul..then possibility the ones assistant clinic tu bagi is the one yang old formulation....sbb memang depa asingkan dari hill's prescriptions yang lain dan she did mentioned later dah tak ada dah lagi..whatever left tu je yang ada.... anyone can confirm this with me? about the old formulation pork-free and new formulation with pork? sbb if betul I nak pergi borong a/d formulation without pork (old formula) tu..... |

mia bagi cyclops makan ad ni dulu masa cyclops tengah sakit....
apa yang mia buat ialah bila nak bagi makan, mia akan guna glove... bekas makan pon asing hanya untuk ad saja.... lepas dah habis makan 2 mia samak bekas atau tangan guna sabun samak... mia bagi makan ad ni pon sebab dah tak de choice, wet food yang bagus macam ad ni... janji anak bulu sihat.... tapi kalau kibbles 2, fikir banyak kali jugak lah kalau nak bagi.... lagi pon banyak choice lain, barand lain... |

Sebenarnya Hill's Science Diet samaada Prescription atau Biasa yg dijual di AS, kanada dan Eropah memang sesetengah ada produk khinzir, tetapi yang di ekspot ke Msia hanya I/D yng ada bahan tersebut. A/D memang OK. tapi kalau sesiapa masih was-was bagi je lah cat food friskies atau nasi gaul dgn ikan. isu ni dah lama ditimbulkan tp settle. Hill's pun tak mau hilang customer muslim sebenarnya.

Oh ye, masa Pet World Malaysia 2009 3 - 5 July 2009 kat MidValley tu, ada dapat sample makanan jenama "Trainer" dari Itali.
Saya dah buang haritu, tak sempat pulak nak snap gambar. Saya biar aje dalam beg kertas sejak bulan lepas, tak usik. Tiba2 teringat, nak guna... sekali baca ingredient dia, ada Lard. Tu yang terus buang {sick} |
