Banyak ka amount yang you terlebih bayar..? So be it la cakap I m paying if I m taxed.., tapi for something happen 8 yrs ago still dia orang nak korek,korek,korek...apahal...
kerja yang ada pun dah due banyak ni nak pandang belakang lagi.Yang tak bayar lebih banyak lagi ada dari yang kesilapan kecik2 ni... saya pun pernah kena bina sampai tak terucap kerna kebodohan dia orang sendiri.... RM1.08 sen pun mintak saya bayar balik sebab dia orang salah kira....bawah kaunter dia orang, orang campak duit satu sen kalau kutip pun boleh bayar lebih dari tu.tapi kalau dia punya silap 8 tahun dulu kira tutup buku la.. |

Din, today kan, I nampak surat from IRB, ingatkan ada check refund... see see, suruh I bayar .... YA 2000 and YA 2001, IRB pandai2 estimate sendiri ....
And I tell you, they are disgusting to grossly over-estimated my tax for both YA!! Those nincompoops are wasting government resources! government resources = tax payer money! |

Year Ass 00 dan 01 tu kan dah lama sangat...setahu saya IRB akan pusing balik tengok kalau in within 3-5 years aje.8 yrs tu lama sangat...and people dont keep tracks or simpan that kind of file for long enuf 8 yrs.Kalau in biz pun IRB minta company simpan for 3-5 yrs aje.kalau simpan kertas lama2 mana ada space nak taruh.As for you, you mesti nak compare dengan your own records baru boleh justify.Dia punya estimate mana bleh pakai.apa main agak2...show proof la baru boleh estimate betul tak..?

Bina, do this.......
1) Write letter of appeal, attached with "accounts". 2) Work out how much petrol you use per month, then multiply by 12, and enter this in the "accounts". It's tax deductible, but they never tell you this. 3) If you pass the toll, add that up, too. 4) Do you have to pay a monthly parking when you were working? Then, add that up, too. 5) Handphone bills, too. 6) Book purchases, too. Max RM1000 a year. 7) And of course, needless to say, computer purchases. 8) Are your parents still working? If not, then, another tax deduction. In the end, there is not much left for them to tax you. And best of all, it's done in a legal, professional way! |

They over-estimated my tax. Stupid bugs..
I have to go back and argue with them on 2000 and 2001. You see, in 2000 my employers deducted about RM 250 for my PCB but IRB very pandai, estimated my tax to be over RM 900.... even worse in year 2001..... Nonsense! I will make them pay!!!! Now have to check the tax rules for 2000 and 2001, look for all my payslips.... sian...very sian.... |
