Need help in government clinic
 

Hi, I am a newbie here. I am a Filipino working as a programmer here in Malaysia. I have a puppy which I would like to bring home to Manila as I decided to just go back there for good. I hope someone could help me find a government clinic for the health certificate and export license for my puppy. Based on the net, there is a government vet clinic in shah alam but I can't find the name of the clinic and where it is located. Thank you in advance for your help :)
