Hi PPl

I need a few advise..can puppies milk formula replace wit newborn baby milk?
one of my pup injured it's leg...n it does hav wound..

I seperate it from d rest of the pup for now, n put it together wit mommy dog...but eachtime mommy dog wil smell it's (injured pup's leg) . Not only smell, but lick it...


Can I replace the mommy dog feeding wit other alternative?
if i hav to use puppies formula milk, then wad brand will b d best ?

Pls help..

oh yeah...can alor vera help to seal d wound of my pups?
i 've juz read tru d web..but hav anyone hear tried b4??

Here's what I would do in your circumstance:

1) Get the pup to a vet if its an open wound. It does not have to be much before infection sets in. Follow advise of vet.

2) Try not to separate the pup from its litter. It is especially critical for pups below 2 months / 8 weeks not to be separated from the litter. Why? Because, in essence, it will grow up to be a neurotic dog.

3) Once separated from litter, it's considered an orphan. So, to care for the orphaned pup, try doing the following as listed here:

I would think which milk brand is the least of your worries if you separate pup from the mother.
