Hello friends...

I just wanna know who are familiar to this mag coz I just had a bad experience with them. Last WAD Event, I went to the booth and subscribed to this mag,paid the subscription fees, but received nothing from the girl I paid at the booth.I asked if there's any receipt should I hold on to,to prove my purchase..but she said,they dont provide any but she'll contact me regarding my subscription.

I waited for a few weeks,no news from them and I started to worry as I've never receive any of this mags at my home per my subscription.Therefore,I emailed the sales department and they barely answered me.

First email,I gave them my details so that they could check.But they answered me back like this:
"Thanks for your interest.
Please make payment to Public Bank 3138040510 (JWWT ADVERTISING)
Let me know once you’d done this.
Thanks."

Either they do not understand English or what..M not sure{sweat}
Then it really got into my nerves..then I answered back that I already have made payment but receive nothing from them! Not even the latest issue I suppose to have.{sick}

Then,on Nov 15,I received this email from them: "You’ll get it by next week.Thanks."

Then..until now..NOTHING.

I wanna know if any of you have ever encountered the same problem..
or if any of you here know them..somehow..! Pls help me..TQ!

Eh? I got Petster for FREE from Pet Safari, Ikano each month I'm there. Or do they charge if it's delivered to your home?

coony and blackie..yes they're free mags..but u must pay an amount of money if u wan to subscribe.

I just emailed them again to ask them to return my fees if they're not able to proceed with my subscription.{cry}

so sad laa like this!! kena tipu!!{vomit}

plus,niat i nak buat collection of the mags..sbb ssh nk cari mags on pets/animals in msia ni..

well i hope they return my money back ler...x baik laa amek duit org tp brgnye x hantar plk!!{nah}

you download it for free... at www.petstermagazine.com free maa... tak per PC lambat sikit.... satu hari download satu... lama2 dapat la semua...

i do subscribe to them but at times i do collect from the curve - pet safari if i go there..

the fee you pay is for them to post to you....

when i register last time - they dont provide any indication or receipt
you just fill the slip....pay - that's it

You can try to call them to check

they are actually very small company with less than 10 ppl working
You can try calling them and talk to them directly about your status

You wont get it so soon.. at times the edition as in take from counter is much faster than having them to post.

Of course if you are outstation like my friend - no choice you have to subscribe.

I normally get my magazine mid of the month

As far as i know my this month which i collected from the pet safari has not been posted to me yet... {happy}

fir pun sama..dah subscribe untuk bulan november onward..tapi tak pernah dapat..pelik betul..bila email,dia kata that the mag just lepas printing process.tapi sampai dah masuk bulan disember,tak dapat apa lagi pun.huhu

they have recently launch their website through their latest November issue if im not mistaken...... similar to here having forum.....

got the mag yesterday..{zzz}
the editor applogize for the delay.
i asked for refund a few weeks ago but no reply.
but that's okay.i wish they could've explained that they're moving office whatsoever
so that we dont keep on waiting..thinking that we've been 'robbed'{ohmygod}

If happen at USA this problem, you going get 2 year free magazine and applogize in letter with refund all amount to you. you're not the first one facing this problem.
