rashes like patch on pup
 

Hi..

I have a 2.5months old Shih Tzu. I noticed that she scratches her tummy often, and when i turn her and see wats wrong, i noticed tat there a small rashes like patch (the size of a 10sen coin) on her tummy. Wondering wats wrong with her.. I've asked a petshop owner and he told me it mayb coz of the area is not cleaned properly, so he suggested me to wipe her with a clean damp cloth.. if it doesnt improve, it mayb coz she's allergic to her food (currently feeding her puppy dogfood - chicken).

I've been wiping her with a clean cloth everyday, but she still scratches that area. Please advise. Thanks.
