Hi everyone, i would like to proudly invite you to visit a new grooming salon/pet supplys shop in Putra Heights.

Firstly a little about us. My business partner and i both studied grooming together about 2 years ago. The idea was always to open up a shop of our own as we both have a long history of a love of animals (especially dogs and cats). Since then we have been grooming from home to raise the capital to set up our dream shop. Finally in December last year we had enough to start renovations and then, after much hard work and running around, on January 19th 2009 we opened our doors for the very first time.

Our primary goal is to help owners maintain the best possible relationship with their pets through giving professional grooming services as well as giving support and information on all areas of pet care (psychology, training, nutrition, illnesses etc). As we are both dog and cat enthusiasts we are constantly researching to expand our knowledge on everything furkid, and we are more than happy to pass on everything we discover to anyone who will listen. The most rewarding thing for us is to groom a dog well and see an owner happy with the result, when you and your dog are happy, we are happy.
We will never muzzle or 'dope' a dog for a grooming session as we strongly disapprove of both tactics. Instead we spend time introducing the dog to grooming procedures allowing them to become used to the idea of grooming and find it an enjoyable experience rather than one to be dreaded. During our grooming training we were taught how to correctly hold a dog during grooming to ensure the grooming can be done correctly as well as comfortably and safely for the dog.

We also have a selection of pet accessories and necessities at the store such as food, collars, toys and treats however we only stock products that we have tested and would use for our own dogs to ensure that you get the best for your money.
As i said before, our main goal is to improve and support your relationship with your dog so will only suggest products that we feel will benefit your furkid.

Our doors are currently open every day(except Tuesdays) from 11am to 7pm, everyone who loves pets is welcome to come in for a grooming session, look around at our products, have a chat or even just read something from the selection of dog books and magazines we have in our (constantly growing) library.
