Help !!!! How To Rescue Defensive Kittens & Pups??

Hi guys,

Yesterday I was driving & saw a very beautifully and cute puppy by the road side, I think he was a Corgi cross Terrier, short legs, very beautifull brown mixed cream colour.

He has collar & I think he muz b sumone's pups dat got loose & wonder about outside.

It was a very hot day & he luks tired & was trying to hide himself under sum shade, he has an injury near the ear & was bleeding, I was so heart break & try to get near him to hold him or get him into my car, coz, nobody around the area seems to know/acknoledge him (afr I asked few hses around there).

But he was very defensive & fierce, showing me theeth & gave me a "grrrrrrr" sound, I dare not went near him, so I went to the near by shop (took abt 15 mins) to buy sum bread & went back tot of baiting him into my car....... but he was gone {cry}, I was so sad {cry}, I dunno how & where is he now {sweat}.

I saw a Cat with her new born 6 beautifull Kittens, (the mother was so beautifull, all white with fluffy big tail), in a big deep drain the other day & (wonder how she got down there) cldnt get near her too, she was also very fierce, so worried that they might got swept away if heavy rain {cry}.

Can sumone pls let me know how to handle in such situation ?? Its very frustrated cldnt do anyting to hlep the poor animals in this situations.
