Small dog found in Taman TAR

Hi there,
Posting this for a friend of mine. Small male dog found 23rd February 2010 in the evening near Jalan 7 and Jalan 1 in Taman TAR. This is near the Tamarind Springs restaurant and the KDE golf course. The dog is a light beige colored Shih Tzu? My friend is 100% positive that this dog is missing from someone's home. There are other details about this dog but she is holding them back so the owner can provide proof of ownership. If you think this might be your dog please send response to this message and I will put you in touch with my friend.

I finally got a chance to see the dog today and snap a few pictures. There is now a found pet profile for this dog( PF10534). Hope the photos will help someone recognize this dog and help find his family!
