FOUND - Male Dog wearing blue collar near Hartamas Heights
 

Hey everyone.

I found a male dog crossing the street from hartamas heights to hartamas regency.
Medium sized. Looks like a rottweiler, has a blue collar and is very friendly.

Looking for someone to foster him as well just incase i cant find his owner anytime soon. Wont be able to keep him for a long period of time. thanks!
