hi..
Anyone can help,my cat start cirit since yesterday..almost 10 times poo poo.. Went for vet ysterday
but still not ok..doc gave injection,ubat..bahaya x macam nie? N how long ubat 2 nak serasi dgn my cat n stop cirit?dh x sanngup tgk dia sakit time poo poo..{cry}

just ckp je tapi biasenye kalau kucing sy cirit birit

1. sebab minum susu yg da expired {ohmygod}
2. mknan x sesuai dengan die ( so kene try mknan laen )

he almost 7 months..dah x minum susu..i ada bg dry n wet food..at first i bg tuna by pro diet,that time mmg nmpk cirit sikit.so i stop.bg normal blik mackeral..hr ni dia hnya poo poo morning td..so dh stop cirit compare to last night..from mrning dia x makan..should i bg mkan apa? Rebus ikan bg ok x?or biar dulu?

i think u should stop feeding ur cat for awhile...bagi perut dia rehat dulu...macam kita juga la kan, bila diarrhea mana boleh makan macam2...{shy} bagi minum air je dulu...lama sikit baru bagi makan balik...bagi makan ayam rebus pun ok jga...

brand ape yg bgus utk cat yew..skrg hunny mkan dry food (smart heart for kitten) wet food pun ada gak pro diet..brand ape yg bgus dgn harga yg brpatutan...{grin}

ikutkan most of senior here, nobody recommend smart heart or any other commercial cat foods like whiskes and friskies sebab the ingredients boleh menyebabkan batu karang..{sick}

yang beli sekarang royal canin for my kittens and their mommy, but since u nak yang affordable maybe boleh try black wood...ramai sangat yang suggest brand ni kat forum ni, {good} saya pun nak try juga nanti, lepas stock royal canin dah kurang kat rumah ni..hehe{shy}

betul tu
ari tu vet kat sini cakap ayam rebus(rebus kosong) tu elok sebab ape ayam ni senang hadam berbanding makanan lain
doktor kate kalo boleh bagi kucing makan bahagian isi(dada) kalo boleh asingkan la tulang die supaya senang n berselera kucing tu makan.... bukan sekadar menggemukkan tapi die merehatkan sikit perut kucing tu

yes............!!! ini info menakutkan... saya pun bagi wet food ikan tuna& ayam jenama pro diet... keesokan harinya..my kitten berak berdarah...

selama ni makan royal canin 32 for kitten ..elok je... baru kelmarin dulu bagi ikan tuna& ayam jenama pro diet... terus berak berdarah...

kalau aku tau sapa reka pro diet sialan ni...aku bom atas muka dia.... nak meracun kucing ke agaknya....{cry2}{cry2}

kalau aku sorang kena tu boleh dikatakan mmg nasib kucing ku..qada dan qadar allah.. tapi asbab dia sama.... pro diet worst cat food ever!!!! {angry}{angry}{angry}

brand apa pun yang kita bagi kucing kita makan tak semestinya punca utama kenapa kucing berak berdarah. kucing tak boleh tukar makanan secara mendadak. sebab perut diorang sensitif. sebab tu kalau nak tukar makanan kena mix dengan makanan yang kita biasa bagi. bila tukar makanan mengejut, akan berlaku radang kat usus kucing, sebab tu jadi berak berdarah. benda ni normal, tapi kalau jadi untuk tempoh yang lama, lebih 2-3 hari memang kena pergi check dekat vet lah. {wink}

Actually, there could be many reasons as to why your cat is passing blood through his feces. Here are the following reasons :-

1) Bacterial infection in the digestive system
2) Worms in the stomach
3) Lack of water thus causing feces to be hard, so when feces pass through the intestine it could have caused the intestine to bleed because the feces is hard.

So you will need to monitor your cats feces these coming few days and ensure that there is no more blood discharge. If there is a lot of blood discharging immediately bring to the vet for a check up.

Between, food like Pro Diet, Whiskas, Friskies contain a lot of fatty jelly in the food. If you notice, Pro Diet has a lot of fatty jelly rather than the fish. The fish content is so little! {ohmygod} I woudl say 10% fish and 90% fatty jelly! No good for your cat.

Also, its not recommended to feed your cat with wet food on a daily basis as it will cause tooth rot in a cat. Just feed the wet food as a treat e.g. once a week only.

Beli pumpkin (labu kuning) from market. Steam or boil. Then mash until look like KFC mashed potato. Do not add anything else. Feed one tablespoon to the cat every couple of hours. Should be very fast to slow down or stop cirit-birit (diarrhea).

Amazing - the same recipe also work for cat constipation!

Also make sure cat drink enough water, if necessary use small syringe buy from pharmacy to squeeze water into mouth (just a few drops, every hour - make sure do not choke the cat).
