Sergei Bagapsh signed a decree imposing martial law in the territory of Gali, Tkvarchelskogo, Ochamchirskogo, Gulripshskogo areas of Sukhumi and Abkhazia region for 10 days from 0:00 11 August. Also in the territory of Abkhazia declared a partial mobilization.

Around 17:00 CET official representative of the President of Abkhazia Christian Dzhaniya informed "Interfax" that the Abkhaz troops entered the border with Georgia on the Inguri river.
