Please help me to identify is this toy poddle or maltese or mix ?

I bought a so call "Toy Poodle"(Without MKA) from one of the seller from this website. (PetFinder). But i bring it to Vet & Grooming and both the doctor and Groomer told me that she was mix breed. But the seller insist that she is the Pure Toy Poodle {shy}{cry2}.

我买了一个所谓的“玩具贵宾犬”(无MKA)卖家是在(PetFinder)。
、但我把它带到兽医及美容师告诉我,她是混合品种。但卖方坚持认为,她是纯种的玩具贵宾犬

Kaniel, to be honest, your dog does not look like a toy poodle to me.

On the other hand, she is adorable, and if she has a loving temperament, does it matter? She will be a loyal companion to you and your family, even without an MKA certificate. {wink}

Sad to say, without the certificate (and even with a cert, on occasion), dishonest pet sellers can tell you the dog is whatever breed they wish. Your pup may or may not be purebred -- she's most probably a mix. My advice is to shower her with love, I see you've already taken her to the vet for a checkup {good}, spay her when she's 6 months old or so, and enjoy many happy years in her company! Best wishes to you both.

Agreed with Maneko. Why bother of its breed? Animals need love too. Five months ago, I adopted a toy poodle from one previous owner too. To cut things short, I knew the doggie was from "backyard breeding" due to some physical nature i.e. "in-breeding". The good thing is that doggie eventually lives happily with my mom and sisters. Not as being labeled as mad dog as claimed earlier. The constant love, training and bonding do count in.
God bless.
