I know some people may feel like I am over reacting or attention seeking, but frankly I don't understand why people don't pay any respect to other writing/work in the internet

I recently post up 2 rescued kitten for adoption(26/08/14, Sona and Kimi), I wrote the description by myself and hoping they will get a lovely home soon.
From time to time i check on petfinder and also scroll on adoption that posted, I was looking this particular adoption post and can't help but noticed how similar was her description post to mine.
So I messaged her and politely requested her to quote the description was from me or remove it.
she denied and said that every one post in petfinder are similar. So I informed her that I will report this to petfinder and she just reply in bad attitude saying it doesn't matter because the kitten was already adopted.

I get that everyone want our rescuer to find a good home and maybe you are busy to write your own description, but it shouldn't be an excuse for you to steal my work.

I know this is just a small matter, but for me it's important.
in school we was taught not to steal, but now you copy my writing without my permission/ giving credit to me, you are practically stealing my work, even it was only a short description.

please quote/ give credit to the author if you are copying people work, no matter how small
