Any Cat Rescuer in Penang??

My friend has a lil problem.. cats in his neighbourhood.. he wants to get in touch with a rescuer cause spca dowan to entertain... pls call me if you know of any cat rescuers..

I can't at the moment. I already have 2 of my own, and 3 rescued dogs. Space and money constraint. These dogs taken to the pound today needs lots of money to treat, they are in bad health...

Hi,

This morning i bumped into an MBPJ truck and there were a few mongrels and a Basset Hound (malnutritioned) caught. Tried to rescue them but they didn't allow me to take.
