Re: Skin turning black with thinning hair
If your dog has alopecia (sp), which often is common among dogs that are 'blue' in coloring, it would cause the hair to fall out and discoloration in skin to become more noticeable. The only advice I can safely give you is to have your vet look it over and offer his/her expert opinion and advice. It could be other things as well and if you want positive results, you MUST take this dog to a vet.
