Actually 3 staffs working, cashier and 1 others at the back of the shop doing grooming. If she doing grooming, not possible for her to leave the cat and attend the customer. But in the actual video only shows 2 staffs, the 3rd maybe out for lunch.
The corner where the thief enter is just beside the owner office which is out of sight from cashier counter. The owner should do some modification on the shop shelfs and the cashier counter so that she can view the whole shop. The CCTV should be lower so that it can capture the people face clearly.
