The mean people who tortured the strays are D*KL! I knew it's going to brought up attention since I witnessed they lasso a frightened escaped puppy and dragged it across the hot tar road. I couldn't tell the assholic off since he's the big burly bouncer type!

What can we do to stop this for once and for all? This is not the first time after reading complains from other forumers yesterday.Apparently there were a few cases commited by them
