It's so sad to see the dog being treated as if they do not have feelings. Hello! Animals are God's creations and they have feelings too...!
And so sad that even though Malaysia has
some laws to prevent animal cruelty, the enforcement level is very low.
After I graduated and become a lawyer, I want to emphasize the need to have a stringent law on animal cruelty...!
