so i guess, the conclusion is to boycott byb, imadi and any other petshop who sells animal and provide vet-like services and the victim him/herself decides not to take any legal action (or probably he/she would but we don't have to be so kepochi, kept on asking "what are you going to do next?" because to be honest guys, that question is quite annoying when it was asked for more than 5 times although answer has been given).
