Minggu lepas, I nak cari cat boarding dekat PJ and terjumpa forum tentang petknode. I visited mereka punya website yang sungguh canggih dan memang I dah impress ..tapi biasalah..ada takut takut sikit tinggal my cat dengan strangers for two nights. My regular vet cuti pulak that weekend. Harga petknode is very reasonable dengan collection, makanan dan delivery balik rumah lagi. So convenient!
What impressed me most is that they love cats so much that they would try their best to help you no matter how inconvenient for them. They're even more committed than vets! (and even my vet!)
Ni storynya: When I arrived kat my holiday destination ( a day after Petknode collected my cat), grandma I called and said kucing jantannya tenat. I was shocked coz I baru tengok kucing 2 hari lalu dan dia macam ok saja..suddenly dia tak boleh kencing and tak boleh bergerak. Hanya 2 tahun! Masa I dapat tau pun dah lewat petang, hari Ahad pulak. Manalah nak cari vet yang boleh collect my cat and treat it?
I panggil all the PJ vets listed in this forum and some tak jawab phone dan yang jawab phone,tak boleh collect the cat. My grandma pulak dah tua, tak bolehlah suruh dia ambil teksi kan? I felt sooooo desperate and helpless.
Macam manalah nak enjoy holiday ni? Orang kat Animal Medical Centre di Jln Ipoh pulak kata they don't collect after 9pm.
Out of desperation I called Petknode and after many many calls back and forth, they agreed that they could pick up my cat and send it to the Animal Medical Centre. I felt soooo relieved! But now, is it too late? Is the cat still alive? When I dah confirm dengan Grandma I that yes, the cat masih ok tapi soo soo weak, Petknode cepat cepat picked my cat up with their little cat stretcher and rushed him to the hospital. (Ni my grandma bilang kat I la)
Today, my grandma's cat is alive and kicking thanks to my guardian angels at Petknode. The Animal Medical Centre's bill caused a bomb but it's a lfe worth saving kan? Thanks, Petknode!
Oh! and my cat under their care came back great too!
