Since Hani14 has already confirmed the date, time and location of the cat show, I think it's time to put the matter to rest.

Just a thought - you might want to go to the show tomorrow, and personally ask the president of MCFA, face-to-face, to refund you your fees. He should be there, and I think you should not face the problem of him not answering your call or sms. That might be one way to solve the issue you have.
