I would like to expose a cruel hit-and-run case I came across today at Taman Bukit Mayang Emas, Petaling Jaya.

I was driving home, and I noticed my neighbour's dog lying in a pool of blood. I quickly went down to find out what happened.

Apparently, the poor Mini Pinscher was killed by a parent fetching her kid from the kindergarten there. She rolled over the dog and sped away after the incident!

This person drives a silver Toyota Vios with the number plate 6600 (not sure of the alphabets). I am sure she has been driving pretty fast along the narrow roads of the housing estate.

My neighbour is really sad to have lost his beloved dog.

How can there be such IRRESPONSIBLE person? Isn't an animal's life still a precious life? If she had immediately sent the dog to a vet, he might have had a chance of living. She should take full responsibility of it, instead of setting such a bad example for her kid.

I have introduced my neighbour to PetFinder.my. Hopefully he can overcome the loss of his dog soon, and find a new companion by adopting an animal here.
