Adoption means taking in someone that was previously unwanted. Now consider this: Why would purebred dogs like "toy poodle,silky terrier" be unwanted? Maybe because they are ill or very ill behaved would be my guess.
Also, you want an unneutered pet. May I ask why? And no adoption fee too, if possible. So you want an intact purebred animal for free. I think you may struggle with that.
