I doubt there are any effective laws in place.. that is why you see so many animal hit-and-run cases everywhere... these people just don't care!

I understand what you mean, even hit-and-run towards PEOPLE aso they don't really care =.= I had a friend that died that way 2 months before PMR (means we were 15)

And the police just said " sorry la tapi dia dah lari cam mane nak tangkap diorang"

Then at 17, last day of SPM another friend got Hit AGAIN!!! The SAME WAY! but didn't die :) thank goodness
