I dont have any idea for this two type of cat food because I never used it. But I have some tips to share with u all for choose cat food. the important u should highlight is the percentage of proteins and what kind of proteins it used either chicken, fish, beef or what ever. and which cat food have high proteins is a better one. Because cat body need proteins, they not like us need carbo for our energy source. so start study the ingredient that been used for the cat food.
