Dear all,
A shih-tzu was surrendered to PAWS today after being found wandering about in Subang Jaya.
Please refer to pictures. He's got a MPSJ dog license on him.
Thanks to Eugene and Jo for the rescue. Anybody who knows this dog belongs to somebody please let them know of it's location. He's a cute and grumpy looking fellow. Hair was already trimmed off when he was found.
