OMG...this is really unacceptable
...I have spay/ neuter my cats before at gov clinic at my kampung, and it does not look like this...I even did not realize that my cats has been spay/neuter as they do it really fine...and the cost is really cheap at that time (around year 2000-2005)...RM35 for male and RM55 for female..
