Default My trip to Mount Kinabalu

wakakakakakakak!! tambah lg extra 47kg tu kacang je buat kak nita.hhehehe!!

ntahlah kak,aku phobia sungguh dgn track Gunung Kinabalu tu.bukan tak pernah cuba naik tp tak blh teruskan sedangkan Gunung Bromo kat Indon tu aku selamba rock je naik.mgkn sebab track gunung kat sana berpasir mcm padang pasir jd tak nampak sgt.

Zarul, sebab tu atlet suka training tpt tinggi, sebab oksigen nipis kat altitude tinggi. Memula mmg diaorg akan rasa nak pitam tapi bila sistem fisiologi tubuh dah buat adaptation, hemoglobin bertambah banyak, meaning red blood cells mempunyai kapasiti utk bawa lebih banyak oksigen to the working muscles, bila turun bertanding kat flat ground, they can perform 2X or 3X better than before. Tapi klu train kat high altitude, jgn lebih 2 minggu sebab klu body dah acclimatize (adapt to the surroundings), not much difference akan berlaku bila turun kat flat ground.
Cewahhhh....selingan sikit.....menyampaikan ilmu yg tak seberapa nihhh....
