Bina, do this.......

1) Write letter of appeal, attached with "accounts".

2) Work out how much petrol you use per month, then multiply by 12, and enter this in the "accounts". It's tax deductible, but they never tell you this.

3) If you pass the toll, add that up, too.

4) Do you have to pay a monthly parking when you were working? Then, add that up, too.

5) Handphone bills, too.

6) Book purchases, too. Max RM1000 a year.

7) And of course, needless to say, computer purchases.

8) Are your parents still working? If not, then, another tax deduction.

In the end, there is not much left for them to tax you. And best of all, it's done in a legal, professional way!
