The neighbour didn't move in next to me, he is at the first block the corner unit while mine is in the middle. Each floor there are ten units 5 on the left 5 on the right so they are facing each other. During the meeting he said everytime he comes out of the house he can smell strongly while the management said he pass my front unit he can smell but very light. During the meeting they pressured me "what are you going to do with the cats the MPPP no is right infront of us" so I can't challenge them or argue with them about the proof. I even installed an auto air dispenser Air Wick everytime it sprays in the living room even I'm inside my room I can smell the perfume. So I thought the air dispenser should be able to cover up the smell. So is it wise to keep fighting or move out?
