cant look at da pics long enough..its just inhumane...
but just a tot, i dun think DBKL staff "rajin" enough to chase+catch+tied da dog like dat..
coz we got our Vector Dept., da 1 specialize for capturing stray dogs.
n they just a call away..(any DBKL staff can get da fon no easily,-seriously)
i suggest u question da KTM staff betul2... coz i think dia just petik nama DBKL je.. coz yeaaah.., we're da easy+acceptable explaination any1 can take, rite...?
plus, IS THERE REALLY DBKL staff working at da station??
coz im a DBKL staff, n i never heard of any staff stationed there..really..
