Re: Cat/Kitten Fosterers Needed Urgently
An expat is looking for fosterers for the mother cat and 3 kittens as they are strays and he is living in an area where they do not allow pets. He contacted the SPCA penang, and they told him that they;ll put the cats to sleep, he is trying to find them proper living spaces and is willing to help spay them if people are willing to foster them.
