Hi,
I'm bringing all my 5 cats back to Penang, Malaysia from Brunei Darussalam.
I've got both Import Permit from Penang, Malaysia and Export Permit from Min. of Agriculture in Brunei.
The Health Certificates are to be collected by next week.
Please advise me on the following:-
(1) Are there any other documents that I need to submit prior to my arrival in Penang International Airport (customs etc). Microchips are done for all the cats.
(2) I'm trying to save my cost since the charges by an agent is way too expensive.
