As for the injection & pills, both memang risky, and I memang tak recommend langsung. The potential risk is TOO GREAT.

By the way, since your cat is indoor/outdoor, even if she's not pregnant now she is in danger of becoming pregnant anytime because cats at 5 months of age dah boleh reach sexual maturity. So, good luck in finding the best solution. Most important thing is that you keep your cat's health & well-being as your first priority.
