Hi everyone.. I'm new here but I occasionally visit this forum. I have a problem. I'm in Ulu Kinta,Ipoh right now. Just spending time on the weekend at my family's house. When I arrived from KL just now , I spotted a puppy near my house. It seems lost. How can I help the puppy since majority people live here are Malay. So, it seems like nobody can touch the puppy. Does anyone here have any suggestions about who should I call so that the puppy can be removed from this area? My mom said, yesterday some kids throw rocks to the puppy. I'm afraid that the puppy will die. I don't know who should I call.

My brother gives the puppy some chicken this morning. We have no problem to feed the dog but just concern about it's safety.
