don't be too happy yet. did u ever wonder why spca is only seemingly 'doing' something now? publicity, of course. how effective is spca in keeping animal cruelty at bay. they are much too concerned with other things.
i think strong credit should go to Wani and 'malaysian dogs deserve better' group. spca only steps in to get their name in the press when someone else has done the job.
