They also have this law in US, too. So, no worries about stepping on dog poop.

I agree with you, Ashely, cats should be litter-box trained. And it's so easy to train them to use it. Just start at one month old. They may forget where their litter box is in the first few days, and it'll be funny to see them running around your home desperately looking for the litter-box, and then, relief!, when they finally found it.
