What about if the TICA cert is from TICA, just that he make it for HHP cat and register the cat under his Pedigree TICA parent.
So now the HHP cat has become Pedigree TICA registered cat. This can't be trace right?

No, it can't - but then the color, Breed, sex must resemble the cat in question.

Sorry, still blurr. Really want to stop this guy from cheating people money. Because I saw his mating HHP with pedigree, yet the cat he still register as pedigree.

If the cat in question is TICA-registered then the offspring will receive a TICA-registration, no question.
The problem I see in Malaysia is that there are too many people who buy cats in pet-shops. I think that the public should be made aware that you shouldn't buy cats and dogs in Pet-Shops but only from breeders...
